REGISTRATION NIGHT

Tournament check-in is mandatory and will take place on Friday, Sept. 2nd from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Town & Country Hotel, in the Royal Palms. The Royal Palms is located behind the Atlas Ballroom convention center and near the Sunshine Deli Restaurant. Check in is Friday, September 2nd for all teams. There will be NO LATE check-ins on the field. If you are unable to attend on Friday evening, please make arrangements with another team from your club that will be attending or a neighboring club to do the check-in for you. No exception.
Again, we will be having the "Chocolate Extravaganza". We ask that you make arrangements for your children during this time, as they will not be permitted in the check-in area. Parking is free for the first hour and does not require validation.
If you will be attending from outside the CYSA-South region, please be sure your travel papers and rosters from your state affiliation are in order and submitted to the tournament.
Player passes must be registrar stamped and laminated permanent cards for the 2011-12 season. Expired cards will not be accepted. (2010-11 cards and Summer Cards expire on 8/31/11 which is not sufficient for this tournament) Administrator credentials for CYSA-South teams according to CYSA Rules and Regulations are required.
