TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION DATE, TIME & LOCATION Dear Tournament Participants: When the schedules have been posted after August 20th, please check http://www.tournamentkickoff.com/forestcup for any modifications up to the day of registration as schedules are subject to change for field conflicts only. Schedules are not final until tournament play. We will not accept any requests for re-bracketing of teams. Tournament check-in is mandatory and will take place from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Town & Country Hotel, in the Regency Ballroom. The Regency is located in the towers towards the back of the large parking lot, which is #12 on the virtual tour map of the Town & Country Hotel. Check in is Thursday, August 28th for local teams and Friday, August 29th for out of town teams. There will be NO LATE check-ins on the field. If you are unable to attend on Thursday or Friday evening, please make arrangements with another team from your club that will be attending or a neighboring club to do the check-in for you. No exception. Again, we will be having the "Chocolate Extravaganza". We ask that you make arrangements for your children during this time, as they will not be permitted in the check-in area. Parking is free for the first hour and does not require validation. If you will be attending from outside the CYSA-South region, please be sure your travel papers and rosters from your state affiliation are in order and submitted to the tournament. Again, player passes must be registrar stamped and laminated permanent cards for the 2008-2009 season. Expired cards will not be accepted. (2007-08 cards expire on 8/31/08 which is not sufficient for this tournament if you are in the semis or finals on September 1st) Administrator credentials for CYSA-South teams according to CYSA Rules and Regulations are required. No temporary passes for players or administrators will be accepted for CYSA-South leagues. We will see you at registration and look forward to a great tournament. Thank you for your participation. Yours in soccer, David Banks, Co-Tournament Director Karen Aasness, Co-Tournament Director |
