Mesa 26th Annual All Star Tournament Celebration Welcome

Mesa Soccer Association would like to invite your club to participate in its 26th Annual All Star Tournament for recreational teams, December 12th and 13th, 2009 located in San Diego, California. This is an opportunity for the best of your recreational players to represent their club against the All Star players of other recreational clubs in southern California.
We have special "packages" for the coaches and a "Chocolate Extravaganza" celebrating our 26th year!
San Diego has many recreational opportunities including its beaches, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Old Town, Wild Animal Park, nearby Mexico, and more!
We know you will enjoy your Mesa All Star Tournament experience. We invite you to register your club and your teams early to ensure a place.

CYSA-South sanctioned Class III tournament, open to all recreational CYSA & AYSO registered players.

Entry Fee:
$395.00 (U.S. Dollars)
A league discount of $25/team will be offered to leagues registering 8 teams or more, paid with a SINGLE check. All eight team applications must accompany the payment check in order to receive league discount. Please note that teams added later to a previously paid registration will not qualify for the discounted rate. Check or money order payable to "Mesa Soccer"
Entry Deadline:
November 12, 2009
Only teams applying by this date will be guaranteed acceptance. Applications will be accepted after this date, but only to fill empty bracket slots.

Bracketing & Fields:
Notification will be via email one week prior to the tournament and will be posted on the website. This information will NOT be available prior to December 4.
Eligibility:
Rosters are limited to 18 players, (14 players for Under 8 & Under 10). All teams must have laminated 2009/2010 player/administrator cards and signed medical release forms.
Referees:
A three-referee system will be used with only USSF registered referees. Pool games for U8 and U10 age brackets will have only one assigned referee and three assigned referees for the semis and final. The referee assignor for the tournament is San Diego Soccer Referee Association.
Awards:
Medals will be awarded to first and second place teams in each division. as well as a Championship Team Trophy. All participants receive tournament pins.
Rain Dates:
December 19th & 20th
Registration:
Friday, December 11th. Registration will take place at the Town & Country Hotel & Resort from 6- 9 PM. Once a team is checked in the roster is frozen.
