Game Roster Instructions
When the Roster Game Card is open on the website:
1. Click File
2. "Save As" a "My Document"
3. Name the file (Example: Boys Div 5 Mesa)
Complete the form as instructed below and then email as an attachment to kaasnes1@san.rr.com no later than December 5th. The form cannot be emailed from the website but must be saved as a "my document" and then emailed as an attachment.
All the information can be found on your team schedule:
- TEAM NAME - ALL CAPS
- AGE/BRACKET you will be playing in as indicated on your schedule.
- Coaches Name & ID #
- Managers Name & ID #
- Contact phone number while at the tournament.
- Jersey # and players name - Last name first, alphabetical order & ID#
- All teams will play at least 4 mini games.
- Please include field name AND field #. (i.e. Hickman 6)
- All semi's and finals are on Sunday.
- Home team is listed 1st on the schedule and should be listed 1st on the game card. If you are listed 2nd on the schedule, you should be listed 2nd on the game card.
- Please do not change the format of the card or the font size.
- The Game Roster Card will be at registration, you do not need to print a copy.
You will sign your Roster/Game card at registration when all the information is verified.
