Registration Time & Location Information

Tournament check-in is mandatory and will take place from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Town & Country Hotel, 500 Hotel Circle North, San Diego, CA 92108, on Friday, December 11th, in the Regency Towers which is located towards the back of the hotel near the 3 level parking structure behind the Towers. (See  Map in the toolbar to the left) We have special "packages" for the coaches and a "Chocolate Extravaganza" celebration to commemorate our 26th year!! There will be no late check-ins on the field.  If you are unable to attend on Friday evening, please make arrangements with another team from your club that will be attending or a neighboring club to do the check-in for you.  No exception.  We ask that you make arrangements for your children during this time, as they will not be permitted in the check-in area.  Only administrators checking in teams will be allowed in the registration area.  Parking will be validated.

Again, you will need to bring the player medical release forms and player/administrator passes which must be registrar stamped and laminated permanent recreational cards for the 2009-2010 season.  A laminator will be available at registration if needed.
