Game Day Procedure

Before the FIRST game, players must have forearm stamped one hour before the first game.  Leave laminated admin/player cards with the field marshal.  Admin/Player cards can be picked up at the end of the end of your last pool game if you are not playing in the finals on Sunday. 

Before EACH game have the Coach/Administrator must pick up Roster Game Card from Field Marshal Tent.

After EACH game, the Coach/Administrator must return your Roster Game Card to the Field Marshal Tent so the scores can be posted. 

After EACH game please pick up your garbage, tents, chairs etc and leave the sidelines immediately for the next team and spectators.  Team meetings can be held in a non-playing area off the field.

Field Marshals will only communicate with registered Coaches or Administrators for the team.  All other parents/spectators must communicate with their coach or administer who can then communicate to the field marshals on behalf of the team.

Please remind your parents of appropriate sideline behavior.
