To apply for the Scripps Ranch Recreational All Star Soccer Tournament, please complete the following application. Payment in full must accompany this application.
You will be notified of your acceptance once your application is approved by The Tournament Committee. Please keep in mind if brackets are filled before the tournament deadline of Saturday, Nov. 21, you will not be accepted into the tournament. We will return your payment in full. Therefore, apply early to ensure a spot.
If no performance history available, you may leave it blank on the application. Please print a copy of completed application for your record.
