Check in

Please check in 1 hour before your first game at your assigned field with the field coordinator.

You need to have all laminated player, administrator/coach cards (with picture) and player medical release forms. (you will only do this once)

 1). Check in with field coordinator with all the above items. In addition, you need to have your roster sheet/game cards printed (by using your password from the tournament web site) for each game to present to the field coordinator.

2). Field coordinator will keep the player and game cards. They will be given to the referee before each game.

"A" After every game, please go to the field coordinator to verify the score and collect your player cards. Field coordinator will keep all the game cards for your future games but not the player cards.

3). Present your player cards to the field coordinator before your next game and follow the same procedure as "A"
